Redundancy

The VoiceXML solution deals with redundancy at multiple levels. Redundancy is supported as listed below:

• CSP level redundancy

Managed by the switch application and switchkit. This includes matrix, line card, signaling and resource redundancy.

• LLC Redundancy

The Switchkit environment support a redundant LLC that could be located on a separate host machine

• SwitchKit call processing application redundancy

The call processing applications can be made redundant and likely share state information between them

• Server Redundancy

With multiple servers connected to the LLC, they can be utilized from the host application as a pooled resource redundancy scheme.
